This November the Aquilo Wind Ensemble will be giving the premiere of a new piece by Jeremy Thurlow specially commissioned for their appearance in this year’s Cambridge Festival. The concert is on Monday November 20th at 9.30 pm in Robinson College Chapel, Cambridge and forms part of the festival’s ‘Nightmusic’ series.
The new piece has a working title of Animals, and is scored for the same six instruments as Janacek’s wonderful Mladi (Childhood), which completes the programme. For more information, or to book tickets, see aquilo
